New access to technology provides an opportunity for instantaneous feedback from the community.This could be utilised to make more people aware of whats going on without another questionaire arriving through the letterbox.

Community Outreach

Continuing the community outreach strategy employed by the Royal Docks Team is a step in the right direction but needs to be added to. Having a more permanent space on site where people can go would create direct ties with community members who might not have internet access or arent involved in community groups.

Nila Milics' Here Comes Everybody was a research project that proved a community exisited where a council thought there wasnt one. By opening up a ground floor apartment more isolataed parts of a community were reached- with a more personal feel.

There have been a number of meanwhile uses on site such as firework displays and festivals. Expanding this and providing community services before more developments take place such as creating the market will get the community more engaged with the site.
